Bedwetting [Introduction – Our Stories – Pg 15] – Shortly before the 2nd Edition went to print, my son’s profuse bedwetting resolved 100%. After trying a host of approaches, the thing that resolved it completely was two sessions of EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). Interestingly, the practitioner did not focus on or target bedwetting. She invited my son to share any concerns at all, did the two sessions, and he’s been dry since (two years and counting).
Pain in kidney area [GAPS Intro Progression – Pg 91] – Melissa posted to this blog that she experienced pain in her kidney area until she removed high oxalate foods from her GAPS program. I am looking for an easy and tasty GAPS coconut milk yogurt recipe?
Hi Jamie,
Great! I would just Google the term GAPS coconut milk yogurt recipe. When I did just now, lots of results came up including this one, for example:
http://www.mygutsy.com/coconut-milk-yogurt-gapsdairy-free/ Googling a phrase like that is probably the easiest way to find any GAPS resource now -so many recipes online!
Warmly,
Baden
